Becoming a Member

Anyone residing in Hamilton and its immediate surrounding suburbs is welcome to join the Kidz Korner Toy Library. There are lots of good reasons to join: saving money, saving space, and avoiding sending unwanted toys to landfill. It’s a guilt-free way to update your toys, and it’s a nice place to meet other local families too. You can borrow toys for up to two weeks at a time.

You can join now - there is no waiting list. To join the toy library you can download a membership form, print it out and bring it in or simply drop into the toy library during opening hours and our librarian will sign you up. Please allow about half an hour to sign up at the library.

Please note: We accept cash or internet banking as payment options for membership fees. If you pay by cash or prior internet payment, you can borrow toys the day you join; otherwise, you can borrow toys once your payment has been confirmed.

Annual Membership Rates

Members pay an annual fee. The rates are:

$95 - 1 Year Membership with a minimum of 4 Rostered Duties per year

$170 - 1 Year Membership without Rostered Duties

$50 - 1 Year Concession Membership, Maximum 5 visits per year.

Become Part of Our Community

Roster participation

Members are required to sign up on the roster for a minimum of four toy library sessions per year to help our paid librarian. In addition to keeping the toy library running smoothly, your participation in these shifts helps you learn more about what’s available at the library. Plus, it’s a chance to meet other local parents!
